Directive Systems is run by Mash Prime, based in Perth. Operator experience across Australian FMCG distribution and independent music media. Started Directive Systems after watching too many AI pitches fail to become working systems inside real businesses, and realising the difference is usually whether whoever is building it has actually run operations themselves.
Why this exists
Most AI consulting is deck-first, operator-last. We work the other way around. Every system we build starts from inside the work, not from a workshop whiteboard, not from a platform sales pitch, not from last quarter's Gartner slide.
If it can't run reliably inside your business, it isn't finished. That's the bar.
